Brian Borg, Founder
Brian was a web developer until an opportunity to break software rather than create it was offered to him in the late 90’s. The breadth of both technical and process-oriented skills immediately attracted him to the quality aspect of the software lifecycle, and with his penchant for detail and efficiency he immediately excelled in the role of QA Engineer. Over the course of his career he’s enjoyed leading the test efforts for diverse projects from Java/ XML client-server applications to feature-rich web and mobile apps to large-scale Unix telco deployments, in both US and international locations. When not leading teams to find the next ever-elusive bug, you’ll find Brian enjoying his dual backyards of the Colorado Rockies and the Indian Himalayas.
Colleen Zaruba, Business Development Director
Colleen is a business development and marketing professional whose career has spanned from film, advertising and TV commercials to finance and consulting. She has also worked as a consultant for executives in several industries including film, advertising, marketing, online content, real estate, educational products, non-profit support and C-level placement. She has a passion for creating strategic partnerships and supporting the well-being of the human side of every transaction. Doug Adams, Marketing Director
Doug is a proven marketing professional with more than 20 years experience developing and fostering brands from the ground floor to national prominence. Doug serves OnPath Testing as Marketing Director. Doug’s experience with high tech marketing has led to national prominence with speaking engagements and published articles regarding the challenges of marketing technology to businesses. Doug also holds a research background which ensures that the decisions and strategies recommended are market driven and effective. Doug received his M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Connecticut and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from DePauw University.
